How fresh are the meals?
All of our meals are prepared fresh each week and arrive ready to eat — never frozen. They stay fresh in the fridge for approximately 5–7 days when stored properly.
When do I need to place my order?
To ensure next-day delivery, all orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT the night before.
Missed the cut-off? Contact us—we may still be able to accommodate you.
How do I heat my meals?
Meals are fully cooked and simply need to be reheated — you can use the microwave or transfer the food to a pan/skillet.
Can I customize my meals or order specific items?
Yes! You can mix & match meals each week to build a meal that fits your goals, preferences, and calorie targets.
What if I’m not home when my meals arrive?
We always recommend someone be there or leave delivery instructions at checkout.
What is your delivery area?
We currently deliver throughout our service zones. Enter your ZIP code at checkout to see if it’s covered. If we don’t yet serve your area, sign up for updates!
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely — you can pause, skip, change, or cancel anytime through your account dashboard without penalty (as long as changes are made before the weekly cut-off).
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we do not generally issue refunds once an order is placed. If there’s a delivery or quality issue, contact us immediately.
Are your meals healthy?
Yes! Our meals are designed with balanced nutrition in mind — many are high protein, low calorie, low fat, fiber-rich, and made without artificial additives. You’ll see calorie and macro estimates on each meal so you can choose options that fit your goals.
What if I have food allergies?
Meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles a variety of ingredients, so please review ingredient lists and labels carefully if you have allergies. When possible, tell us your preferences at checkout.
